Merry Christmas!

We had a great day today...tiring, but good. Yesterday the kids and I made Spritz cookies for Santa.

Then at night they got to open one present....which is their Christmas PJ's.
N was ok with just opening one present....M not so much she had a few melt downs when we had to tell her she couldn't open the rest under the tree....Good thing we did it right before bedtime. Here's the tray of cookies and milk for Santa, and apples for the reindeer(I forgot to get carrots, but they were gone in the morning so they must have liked them:)!)
The tree before kids
N got us up VERY early...well very early for me and M that is.
As you can see M is not a morning person, she wasn't so happy we got her up.
Separating presents
Here's the kids opening some presents....

N showing off his Lego set,

M losing interest in opening presents,
She just wanted to sit and play,
Noel enjoying some of her Christmas present,
N with his pile of toys,

M with her pile of toys.

After presents we had breakfast, which is always Cinnamon buns. Then the kids pretty much just played the rest of the day. Daddy and I did lot's of opening for the first few hours. Thankfully I had put together the doll crib a few days ago, so all Daddy had to put together was Spike the dinosaur. Isn't he cool!

You think so....unless you are M, the girl is scared of him, and I mean screaming, will not let go of me scared. Unfortunately N didn't get to play with him much cuz of it, but he got lot's of play time out of him during M's nap time! I'm sure in a few days she'll be wanting to play with it herself(or at lest I can hope:)!)

As far as hubby and I we made out pretty good, though we both got our presents early. He got some Xbox games that came out, he did get Dark Knight today, and a little Nerf gun so he can play with N with it. I got a Nintendo DS(breast cancer edition) and the cooking "game" for it. I did get myself a few other games by trading in my old Nintendo stuff. So we had a good day. Now it's time for the kids to go spend their gift cards which N is excited about(M will once we get there). Thank you everyone and I hope everyone had a safe, fun, and happy Christmas!
